EyeVita Weekly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANISER
This giveaway is organised by Taishin Group Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 202301037633 (1531556-U)) ("the Organiser").

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Each round starts on Monday at 12:00 AM and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM (Malaysia time):
• Round 1: 5 – 11 October 2026
• Round 2: 12 – 18 October 2026
• Round 3: 19 – 25 October 2026
• Round 4: 26 October – 1 November 2026
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open only to Malaysian residents with a Malaysian mailing address.

4. HOW TO ENTER
(a) Complete the official entry form, including a valid email address; and
(b) Follow the official EyeVita Facebook or Instagram page.
(c) Participants are welcome to share the giveaway post, but sharing is not required to enter and does not increase the chances of winning.

5. FREE ENTRY
No purchase is necessary. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

6. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER ROUND
Each person may enter only once per round. Anyone found using multiple email addresses, phone numbers or social media accounts to enter will have all entries disqualified.

7. WINNING LIMIT
Participants who do not win may enter again in the following rounds. However, each person and each mailing address may win only once throughout the entire giveaway.

8. WINNER SELECTION
In each round, the Organiser will randomly select 3 winners from all valid entries.

9. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners will be notified by email on the Monday after each round ends. The winners' list (with names partially hidden) will also be published on the official EyeVita Facebook page, Facebook Story, Instagram page and Instagram Story.

10. PRIZE CLAIM
Winners must reply to the notification email within 72 hours with their full name, phone number, Malaysian mailing address, and the Facebook or Instagram account name used to follow EyeVita. The Organiser may request proof of identity for verification. Winners who fail to reply within 72 hours will forfeit the prize, and the Organiser will select another winner.

11. PRIZE
Each winner will receive one (1) box of Hishin EyeVita (worth RM199), delivered free of charge to a Malaysian address. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal value.

12. DISQUALIFICATION
The Organiser may disqualify any entry without prior notice if:
(a) the participant uses automated programs, bots, disposable email addresses, false information or any other unfair means;
(b) the email address cannot receive emails from the Organiser; or
(c) the winner is no longer following the EyeVita page at the time of verification.

13. PERSONAL DATA
When you enter this giveaway, the Organiser collects your name, email address and your answers to the entry form. Winners will also be asked to provide their phone number, mailing address and social media account name.
This information is used to process entries, contact winners, deliver prizes and, with your consent, send you EyeVita product information and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any email.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the EyeVita Privacy Policy (https://eyevita.com.my/policies/privacy-policy). To access, correct or delete your personal data, please contact eyevita@taishingroup.com

14. PUBLICITY
Winners agree that the Organiser may publish their names (partially hidden) on social media. The Organiser will obtain separate consent before using any winner's photo or video.

15. SCAM WARNING
The Organiser will NEVER ask winners to pay any fees (including shipping fees), and will never request bank details or passwords via private message. Only winners announced via official email and the official EyeVita pages are valid. For enquiries, please contact eyevita@taishingroup.com

16. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
The prize is a health product and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and persons taking medication should consult a doctor before consumption.

17. NO AFFILIATION WITH META
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants release Meta from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway.

18. GENERAL
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or end the giveaway at any time. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser's decision shall be final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

19. LANGUAGE
These Terms & Conditions are available in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
